Walk-up Registrations
While we highly recommend that you register for this league using our online registrations, you can register in person at tryouts.
However, there will be NO discounts available for any walk-up registrations and you will need to register first before trying out. To help expedite the process, download this registration form and fill it out to bring to registrations.

Day of Instructions
There will be two lines, one for registrations and payments, the other one for verifying age and getting a tryout number. If you have not completed payment, you will need to do so either online or at the park before getting in the line for tryouts.
The player will receive a tryout number and name tag. Please listen for when the tryout number is called. We normally call them in groups of 10 and ask that the players sit in the dugout. They will then each take turns hitting and fielding ground and fly balls. For the Shetland Division these are usually rolled or soft toss. Once the player has done all 3, they are free to leave. Players should bring at least a fielding glove. If they have their own bat and batting helmet, please bring those as well. We will have a small number of helmets and bats to borrow as well. Cleats are not required but recommended.
There will be Board Members (dark blue shirts with the Walnut PONY logo on the chest) at the park running all aspects of the tryouts, please feel free to ask if you need assistance.
